We guarantee that your personal data will not be transferred to others without a legitimate basis. Your data is processed for the purpose of registering on the Northcliffe lighting website if you respond to a specific advertisement published on our website or voluntarily submit a candidate's application. If you respond to a specific published ad or submit a voluntary application, your data will be processed for search and selection of candidates, i.e. for direct recruitment of “NORTHCLIFFE”.

What personal data will we process? From what sources do we collect your personal data?
For the purposes stated above, we may process the following data: Your name, surname, date of birth, address, education, experience, occupation, current occupation, personal and other qualities, email address, phone number, your contact information with us and your employer, your assessment results, your image and audio and video, etc. “NORTHCLIFFE” collect personal data which gets: your data directly from you - when you respond to our job ad and / or submit your CV and / or cover letter and other application documents, also receive information on your candidacy, CV and / or other candidacy documents from entities providing job search, selection and / or mediation services, receive certain information from third parties such as persons recommending you, existing or former employers, but such information will be collected by the Company only if you agree to apply to your named employer and / or other person.

Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored in paper and / or digital format. Your personal data is processed until the end of the selection for the candidate position. Upon receipt of your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of accumulating in our database, we will protect your personal data for 3 (three) years. You reserve the right to withdraw your consent at any time and request the removal of your data from the Candidate Database.
At the end of the policy's term for processing and storing your data, we will destroy your data. Likewise, in policy cases, we will remove reliably and irrevocably as soon as possible, within a reasonable time and within a reasonable period of time.
